Iron Sharpens Iron
- Men & women
- Every Wednesday | 6:30PM-7:30pm
- 9-week series with Bible study & prayer only (no workout)

Steel Team
- Men’s night
- First Monday of the month | 6PM-7:30PM
- Prayer and scripture reading followed by a whole group performance workout
- Ending with testimonials & prayer requests

Sharpening the Squad
- Women’s fellowship
- Second Saturday of the month | 8AM-9:30AM
- Prayer and scripture reading (women in the Bible) followed by a whole group full body workout
- Ending with fellowship and healthy breakfast snacks

Ironclad Endurance Classes

Tuesday Morning | 7AM
- Tuesday Evening | 5PM
- 45-Minute Class
- Focuses on building stamina; full body workout
- 4 rounds with 5 minute rest between rounds
- Each round will isolate different muscle groups ensuring the whole body is sharpened

Forge Your Strength
- Friday Morning | 7AM
- Friday Evening | 5PM
- 60-Minute Class
- Emphasizes strength building and shaping
- Strength training workout with a different focus every week
- Use of free weights and weight machines
