DRESS CODE
We require our clients to wear workout clothes that are appropriate and not revealing. All women must wear shirts, not just sports bras. All men must have covering shirts, no cut offs that show a lot of skin (regular sleeveless shirts are acceptable). And of course, shorts/leggings and proper workout shoes are required.
OUR STORY,
GOD’S GLORY
Hey! We’re Kelly and Rebecca! We started Iron Sharpens Iron Fitness after Jesus Christ brought our lives together and began leading us on the most amazing journey we could have ever imagined. We met in Austin, Texas in 2023 doing something we were both passionate about - being physically active. We quickly learned that we shared the same dream of opening a faith-based gym. As our relationship grew deeper with God and each other, that dream has become a reality!
After a few short months of dating, we got engaged and felt God calling us home to Louisiana. After many life changes in a short amount of time - from moving, to starting new careers, and getting married - God told us it was time to start Iron Sharpens Iron Fitness. In January 2025, we stepped out in full faith to pursue this ministry of a faith-based gym.
Because of God’s goodness, Iron Sharpens Iron Fitness is exactly what we dreamed it would be, and we cannot wait for you to be a part of the family!
